Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aireco (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload or share content you do not have rights to
• Scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service or its APIs
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

You retain ownership of content you create (binders, collection data, profile information). By using Aireco, you grant us a licence to store and display your public content (public binders, profile) to other users of the Service.

You may delete your account and content at any time. Public binders you share may have been cached or viewed by others before deletion.

Pokémon, Pokémon character names, and all related trademarks are property of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK Inc. Card images and data are provided by pokemontcg.io for collection management purposes under their API terms.

The Aireco name, logo, and original software are owned by Aireco and may not be used without written permission.

Orders for physical binders are fulfilled by Aireco and processed via Shopify. By placing an order you agree to Shopify's terms and our shop refund/returns policy communicated at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Card prices shown in the app are estimates sourced from TCGplayer market data and converted using live exchange rates. These are indicative only and not financial advice. Aireco is not responsible for decisions made based on estimated card values.

Aireco provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Aireco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
